We are constantly trying to improve our services and would welcome any constructive suggestions. These should be directed to Sam Bryans, Business Manager.

PRACTICE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have a complaint please speak to Mr Sam Bryans, Business Manager as soon as possible, preferably within six months and not later than one year. This will be acknowledged within two days and you will be offered an appointment to discuss matters fully.

If this does not produce a satisfactory resolution to your complaint, then a written complaint can be made to the:
