REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Please include an SAE if you wish your prescription to be posted. 24 hours' notice is required for repeat prescriptions. Repeat prescriptions will be issued no earlier than two weeks before the date on which they are due.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTION LINE (24 HOUR)

It is now possible to order repeat prescriptions using the practice 24 hour Repeat Prescription Line on 028 9263 4519.

We would encourage all repeat items to be ordered in this method to ease telephone access to the practice.

NON-REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Requests for non repeat prescriptions for minor ailments should be made to reception. One of the Doctors may need to speak to you before leaving a prescription or you may be asked to make an appointment.

COLLECTION BY CHEMISTS

Due to the increased volume of prescriptions being requested by pharmacies it has been necessary to introduce a repeat prescribing regime.

Repeat prescriptions may be collected from the surgery 24 hours after ordering (Mon- Fri) but 48 hours notice will be required if requesting collection by a pharmacy (Mon - Fri).
